Michele is a Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive with Offenhauser & Co. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, including 10 years as a Commercial Lines Marketing Analyst with Catto & Catto. Her previous roles also include serving as a Client Relationship Manager with SWBC and managing the San Antonio branch of Hotchkiss Insurance. Earlier in her career, Michele spent 15 years with USAA’s General Agency, specializing in commercial insurance sales.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word and maintains the CIC and CISR professional designations.
